Training and Development - Interns

Your Internship will give you a real insight into working at Santander, upon joining your business area will deliver a bespoke induction so that you get to know the key people, processes and information about the business area you will be working in.

During your Internship you will be invited by the Early in Career Team to attend a networking and development event, where you can meet your Intern colleagues from across all of the bank, existing Santander Graduates who were previous interns like yourself, as well as key members of the HR Early in Career Talent Team and our development partners Dove Nest.

If your role requires any specific training you need, you will be given this and have access to the learning at Santander intranet site which contains on demand elearning personal skills development solutions.

There may be opportunities to participate on work based/CSR projects and you may be asked to present to the Leadership Team of your business giving an insight in to your experiences.

We will ask you to tell us via survey how your scheme is and how it could be even better and along with your managers reviewing how you are performed.
