If you would like exposure within our Retail Telephone Sales and Service division, this is the place to start. You will spend time in a fast paced environment where you'll be exposed to an area that enjoys exceeding challenging targets. You may then be provided with an opportunity to see how we build relationships with our customers through excellent customer service and meaningful conversations. This will help our customers understand and meet their own financial needs with products and services from Santander.
Other opportunities may include getting involved in project work, where you will have the opportunity to practice your organisational skills and meet key deliverables. During the scheme, a series of personal development modules will be available, enabling you to enhance your commercial awareness as well as your interpersonal skills for the future.
During the programme you'll be based at either Bootle (Liverpool) or Leicester. In all probability you'll stay at the same site for the entire 10 week programme, although you may occasionally be expected to travel to other sites when required.
