Human Resources (Closed)

Overview »

Every healthy organisation has a healthy HR department. Whether it's by identifying internal skills gaps, attracting the right talent, coaching managers to support and develop their teams or finding smarter ways to work, an effective HR team makes everything run more smoothly.

The 12-week internship within HR will give you a chance to develop skills that will get you noticed in your future career. Supported by a line manager, you will work on real business projects and gain exposure to a range of operational and specialist HR areas – that could include HR Business Partnering, Reward, Talent, Learning, HR Policy, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and Pensions. It will also enable you to fully understand their drivers and how HR can add real business value.

Location »

The internship is based in London, Milton Keynes or Leicester, so you’ll need to be within commuting distance of one of them.
