Upon joining we will invite you to a Graduate specific welcome event, where you can meet your new Graduate colleagues from across the bank, as well as key members of the HR Talent Team and our Development partners Dove Nest who you will get to know well during your scheme.
As well as any role specific training you need, you will be working and meeting regularly via your Early in Career Community site forums that will include your Graduate colleagues.
Your development activities will range from formal interventions around the skills and knowledge you will need to progress your career with Santander to self directed learning and development activities that are bespoke to your Personal Development Plan, and career aspirations.
On demand e-learning personal skills development solutions are available as well as opportunities to participate on work based or CSR projects including volunteering to support with formal development activity.
We will be asking you to tell us via surveys how your scheme is and how it could be even better. Your managers will also review how you are progressing and what development would best help you reach your potential.
During the final months of your scheme you will also attend an event focusing on your journey so far and forward career planning to help you understand yourself and how you can make the most of your career following your transition from your scheme.
