Retail Telephone Management refers to our complex system of telephone based sales and customer support. This area of our business is essential to growth as customers look to do business with us via a channel of their choosing. It is a fast paced area of the Bank which prides itself on delivering great service and great products.
If you want to become a leader in our Retail Telephone Sales division, then this is the place to start. We will provide a series of rotations designed to develop your experience and skills with a view to you taking up a leadership role.
During the programme you’ll be based at one of three sites – Belfast, Glasgow or Bradford. Each of our sites have different roles and to get the best experience you will need to travel for meetings, training and induction sessions. To complete some rotations you may need to relocate to another Santander site.
To be considered here, you’ll need to have – or expect to gain – a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in business, economics, technology (IT), marketing or similar and hold 280 UCAS points (or equivalent). However your degree subject is less important than your ability to communicate with people in a helpful and reassuring manner. We’re also particularly interested in people who collaborate well, enjoy working in a customer-focused environment and are motivated by challenging objectives.
