Graduates: Marketing (Closed)

Overview »

As a bank, we are committed to offering simple products, providing a personal service and always keeping the customer at the forefront of our minds. We have a range of products designed to meet our customers’ needs that we are extremely proud of and our aim is to help our customers understand how our products and services could benefit them.

The Marketing Programme involves a number of challenging placements across four teams over a two-year period. One day you could be analysing customers, the next you could be developing product propositions. The rotations will test you like never before, but they’ll also give you the tools you need to make a name for yourself. By learning from your mistakes and embracing new ideas, you’ll be in a position to mould Santander and the future of our industry.

Location »

Most of the placements are based in Milton Keynes.

What we look for in you »

To be considered here, you’ll need to have – or expect to gain – a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Business or another subject with substantial numerical content and hold 280 UCAS points (or equivalent). You’ll also need strong business acumen, sharp analytical skills and the ability to think about problems in unconventional ways. Just as critical are drive and determination, a ‘can-do’ attitude and exceptional communication skills.
