Banking Operations Support - Geoban (Closed)

Overview »

If you want a programme where you can make an immediate impact, this is it. Created in December 2007, Geoban UK is a key part of Santander, one of the world’s biggest banks. With some 4,000 people, we provide customer services across our UK operations, from opening accounts and cards, through to complex customer queries, collections and support. As a graduate with us, you’ll have a vital role to play.

Our two-year graduate programme allows you the chance to gain experience in a variety of areas:

  • Card Operations
  • Contact Centre
  • Governance and Control
  • Organisation and Change Management
  • Payment Operations
  • Retail Operations

Whatever the rotation, you’ll work at trainee level in real roles within key parts of the business. We’ll get you up to speed quickly and, before you know it, you’ll find yourself working on high-profile projects. Every step of the way, you’ll receive the training you need to hone your leadership skills and realise your full potential. You could even find yourself on AAT, CIMA, Prince or Lean Sigma courses.

Location »

The programme is based at our offices in Bradford and Bootle, and you’ll need to be able to work in all locations. When necessary, you’ll also need to travel to other Geoban and Santander UK offices.

What we look for in you »

We’re looking for people who have or will soon hold a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in business, accounting, finance, economics, IT or another highly-numerical discipline. And we want people who won’t wait for success to find them, but actively seek it. So if you’ve been looking for the chance to get a head start in your career – it’s time to act.
