We’ve also included some useful videos which should give you more of an insight into how we assess and select our candidates – we’ll be adding more films here over time, so please check back again soon.

You don’t need a Santander UK bank account to apply. However, if you’re successful in your application, you’ll be expected to open an account and have your salary paid into it when you join us.
We’ll reimburse travel expenses incurred for standard travel to assessment centres up to the first £50. You’ll need to keep all original receipts for your expenditure for any claim.
No, all our vacancies are for a start date in 2013.
No. Opportunities are open to all graduates who demonstrate the aptitude or ability to undertake the roles.
Yes. We don’t have any restrictions on how recently you need to have graduated. In fact, we welcome applications from graduates with work experience.
No, we do not take into account General Studies when calculating your total UCAS points.
Our graduate trainees need to be mobile. Graduates working in our branch network business will be located across the country, so you'll need to be flexible enough to be based anywhere in the UK. Other programmes are rotational across multiple locations so mobility is a must. Summer internships are based across the UK but you will be based in the same location for the entire 12 weeks. Further location information can be found on the individual programme details.
We wouldn’t normally pay relocation expenses.
