For our employees, our focus is on ensuring that our workplace is inclusive and that individual differences are genuinely valued.
Within our communities, we provide donations to local charities – in fact, this year we’ll be contributing over £4 million to good causes around the UK.
Finally, we’re committed to reducing the impact of our day-to-day operations on the environment, and we have wide-ranging programmes in place to reduce our energy use, increase our recycling and invest in greener technologies.
